Hard and Soft
Sometimes in the dojo, we talk about hard and soft styles of martial arts. This may not be a concern to the kids who come in to train who are so energetic and flexible and seem to be able to learn any jumping spinning move with ease. But for those of us who may have started our martial arts career in our adult lives, at some point it starts to be a topic of some interest.
